Special Populations
At BVP, we believe in serving all children, including those who need Special Education Programming and children needing social and emotional support.
Special Education Advisory Committee
The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) enables parents/guardians of special education scholars to be more informed and effective in their advocacy efforts; ensures quality education for all scholars to achieve their highest academic potential; advises the BVP network on matters concerning the unmet needs of scholars with disabilities; and comments on local compliance with state and federal laws pertaining to the education of scholars with disabilities.
Please contact Tina Tonino, Director of Special Populations; Karyn Frink, Parent Chair; Kate Conroy, Parent Chair; and Lori Barden, Parent Chair at SEAC@blackstonevalleyprep.org with questions.
Meeting Dates
We hope to see you at an upcoming SEAC meeting. Meetings are open to all families with an interest in topics related to special education.
